Damien Maglicic
Co-Founder of Suburb Data
Damien is the driving force behind our business growth and the embodiment of our commitment to exceptional client service. With a keen eye on industry trends, Damien ensures that Suburb Data’s features and services evolve in sync with our ideals.
Damien has a wealth of experience, working with all divisions of building a property portfolio. Since 2016, he has personally guided over 700 clients to date (2024).
His journey began with the acquisition of his first property at the age of 25, igniting a passion for cashflow management and property research. Damien’s mission is to always put consumers first.
Jeremy Sheppard
Co-Founder of Suburb Data
Jeremy is the creator of the Demand to Supply Ratio algorithm (DSR). When first published in 2010 it revolutionised how investors assessed suburbs for their investment potential.
Renowned as one of Australia’s foremost property analysts, Jeremy boasts over two decades of industry expertise. He is a sought-after keynote speaker, authoring over 50 articles for property publications and has featured on popular podcasts, and prime-time news channels.
Driven by frustration of misleading information, Jeremy is on a mission to bring accountability to the industry and continue to enhance the Demand to Supply Ratio.
